Problem:
This issue occurs only in cases where the template's filename extension is
specified in uppercase. For example: doclbm6.NTF.
This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and is fixed in
Domino Designer 6.0.4 and 6.5.1.

SPR# KUMA5SBM85 - This fix enables the copy profile document and single copy
template properties for templates named with capital NTF.
Workaround:
Rename the template's 3 letter .NTF extension so that it is in all lowercase
letters.
For example: Change "doclbm6.NTF " to "doclbm6.ntf"
Note: If the 'Single Copy Template' property is still grayed out then the
template's ODS is less than 43. Check the ODS version go to the Info (2nd) tab
